As part of a local networking group, The Marketing Boutique often gets involved in local Sussex events, helping raise awareness or creating adverts and flyers, however this time, the ask was bigger…

The Henfield networking group wanted to put on a Wellness event, after several lockdowns and a return to a different normality, we really felt that what Henfield needed was some time to look after their wellbeing. Sounded like a great idea, and with so many wellbeing experts based in Henfield and the surrounding Sussex villages it looked like resources for the day weren’t going to be a problem!

The main challenge was going to be creating the event with zero budget! At the Marketing Boutique, we were happy to help with the resources we had, after all it had been decided that all proceeds would be donated to the Henfield Haven – a wonderful space for the community – providing support to those who need it. We agreed to build a website, create a flyer and manage Facebook to give the event the start it needed to get going.

With the help of the Henfield networking group, the event was a wonderful success with over 150 visitors through the door enjoying a series of classes, treatments and tasty healthy treats. It also raised £400 for The Henfield Haven, so everyone left the event feeling a sense of calm, peace and inner happiness!
